I am a Technical Support Engineer at EthicFin Software, a fintech software company, where I provide product support, troubleshoot integrations, and assist customers during onboarding to our financial SaaS platforms.
I collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to reproduce issues, propose fixes, and improve documentation and onboarding flows to reduce time-to-resolution and increase customer satisfaction.
